Over three years ago, Landon Hodgkinson and Graham Edney, the two founding members of agTechData, recognized the need for software development. Landon Hodgkinson, a fifth-generation producer in the Yass Valley, sought guidance and feedback from various members of the Yass community, including the late Phil White, who provided valuable insight into the practicality of traceability for producers. Phil White recognized early on that the process of traceability was as important as the data collected. The Yass Valley producers and businesses have continued to support the project.
